Access and accounts

The Project NANDA community is intended for invited members. Sign-in is provided through Google. Keep access to your account secure, use your own account, and provide accurate information when you create or update your member profile.

Do not share account access with someone else or use another person’s account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been used improperly.

Community conduct

Use the community lawfully and with consideration for other members. Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, impersonate, or target people; to share material you do not have the right to share; to disrupt the service; or to attempt access to accounts, information, or systems without permission.

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited or misleading content, or to interfere with another member’s use of community features. If you encounter conduct that concerns you, contact Project NANDA.

Your content

You remain responsible for the information, messages, images, links, and other material you submit. Share only material you have permission to use, and take care not to post private or sensitive information in places where other members may see it.

You retain any rights you have in your content. By submitting it, you allow Project NANDA to store, process, display, and share it as needed to operate the community features you use—for example, showing a profile to members or delivering a message to its recipient. This permission is limited to providing and maintaining those features.

Community features

The platform includes member profiles and may include connections, direct messages, groups, posts, events, polls, invitations, and startup or referral features. Information shared through these features may be visible to other members according to how the feature works and who can access it.

Some community activity may generate an in-app notification or an email notification. Email settings and delivery can vary; an in-app notification or an accepted email request does not mean that an email reached its recipient’s inbox.

Community profiles and discussions are provided for members to connect and share information. Unless Project NANDA separately says otherwise, member posts should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, or as an endorsement by Project NANDA.

Services and availability

The platform relies on services including Supabase for sign-in and application data, Resend for certain emails, and AWS S3 and CloudFront to host and deliver website files. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

We work to operate the community, but features may change or be unavailable from time to time. Project NANDA may limit or end access when needed to address misuse, protect members, or maintain the platform. If you have questions about access or these terms, contact us.

We may update these terms as the community and its features change. The date at the top identifies the latest version posted here. Please review this page from time to time.
